Bollywood actresses have millions of fans for their looks and style. They are considered highly maintained. One reason is that it's their job to appear good for the screen and another is they are well groomed and know how to pose for the camera. A lot of us make them our ideal target to achieve, in looks and weight. But we need to realize that they have very tough eating, workout schedule to follow to look like this and they can't show their emotions or react to any harsh stuff the way they want in public.
When they are caught looking bad, without makeup or angry in camera they get a lot of attention for people want to know how they look like with no makeup on or in their actual life. It's satisfying for us to see that they are not all perfect ;)
